At Akti Retzika, the charm of Greece enveloped us, making it the perfect base for our little adventure. Nestled comfortably between Thessaloniki and Halkidiki, the location is a serene oasis just a stone's throw from the beach, which I loved exploring with my partner. The fresh Greek breakfast was delightful, featuring local ingredients that danced on our taste buds-definitely worth the extra investment! We particularly enjoyed lounging in the beautifully maintained gardens, sipping cocktails while soaking in stunning views of the Aegean Sea, a perfect remedy for the stresses of everyday life. The warm kindness from the staff made us feel truly at home, and even though the sharing of local tales wasn't part of the stay, I created a few enchanting stories of my own-especially about those sunsets! If you're chasing that idyllic Greek experience amidst nature, this cozy spot is a must-visit. Whether you're travelling as a couple or with a small family like mine, Akti Retzika delivers a perfect blend of relaxation and Greek culinary magic.
